Michelle & Chris's modern textured wedding inspired by travel

Michelle and Chris built their wedding at Gordon Green around organic movement, texture, and around the places they've traveled together.

From ikebana arrangements and sculptural candles throughout, to an overhead installation nodding to a Japanese symbol with deep personal meaning.

Landing on the Fourth of July, the day leaned into it: a coffee truck pouring patriotic flavors, hot dogs passed during cocktail hour, popcorn and pizza keeping the party going late.

And through all of it, one thing held the room together, a poem written just for them, built into a focal wall, the quietest detail in a day full of loud, beautiful ones.
