Mallory and Tyler’s first scheduled engagement date had to be canceled due to rain. We picked another date, two weeks in the future and planned to try again. The entire day of their session it rained. I reached out to Mallory in the morning to see if she wanted to postpone again. She held strong that it would clear up. Early in the afternoon, still raining I checked with her again to make sure that she still wanted to try for their session tonight. She checked three different weather sites and told me it was supposed to clear up, and she really wanted to try for them. I am glad she did because about 30 minutes before their session it FINALLY stopped raining
When we started their session it was still a bit cloudy. But there is something about cloudy days that just make images so much more vibrant and colorful. The rain all day made for a cooler temperature session that had us feeling like fall was in the air, which was a welcomed change from the recent 90+ degree days. It didn’t take Mallory and Tyler long to warm up in front of the camera. Within a few minutes of the start of their session they were already posing like they had been doing this for years! They were sharing sweet smiles and contagious laughs!
I was head over heals with Mallory’s Burgundy dress. I cannot get over how absolutely breathtaking she looked in it! It’s going to tie in beautifully with their navy and burgundy wedding colors! Tyler’s light colored flannel complimented Mallory’s dress perfectly. I am so glad they let me recommend this spot in The Medina County Metroparks for their session. I think there outfits were a perfect fit for the rustic but nature filled location!
These two were so much fun and so in love with each other. I loved hearing about how they attended Black River High School together. We talked about prom and how they both went with other people, but here they are together all these years later. I adore the way Tyler looks at Mallory. You can just see the love these two share for one another.
Is it November Yet?!?!?
I am so excited to share my birthday weekend celebrating their marriage this November at The Lorain County Fair Grounds. We ended their session talking about their wedding day plans and I can hardly wait to see Mallory get ready at her Nana’s house, just a short distance from the fair grounds. It’s going to be such a special day for both of them!
