Intimate Miller Nature Preserve Wedding – Paige + Ryan

Paige and Ryan had the most beautiful January morning for their intimate Miller Nature Preserve wedding. Surrounded by their parents and siblings they exchanged vows, and rings and sealed their love with a sweet kiss. After getting to know these two, I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect celebration of marriage for them.

Much like most couples planning a wedding in 2020, the pandemic caused this adorable couple to have to change their original plans. I am so glad they decided to still celebrate their love in the most special way! Paige returned to work this week after an extended time off from the pandemic, and she and Ryan decided they didn’t want to put it off any longer.

Paige contacted me in late December because she knew that having photos of their wedding day was one of the most important things to her. After looking at our schedules we picked a date for their elopement and she got to work coordinating all of the things!

Ryan and Paige chose a small outdoor ceremony on the patio of the Miller Nature Preserve in Avon, Ohio followed by family and couples photos inside the Greenhouse. Somehow they got the most perfect weather for the ceremony. The sun was shining, and while the thermometer said it was chilly, it felt perfect.

Their ceremony was short, simple and full of lots of laughs! They exchanged the most beautiful rings and made it official with a kiss. Ya’ll, their glow as they turned to face their families for the first time as husband and wife was UNREAL. They were smiling from ear to ear and it was so contagious!

I was so excited when talking with Paige that their one “must have” on their big day was a photo with their adorable doggies! She didn’t have to ask twice! My dog mom heart was swooning!

The Miller Nature Preserve had so many incredible spots for photos both indoors and outdoors. We got the chance to take a mix of both before Paige and Ryan headed off to continue celebrating with their families at a local bistro. I cannot get over the way Ryan looks at Paige. My heart overflows looking back at those photos.

Paige and Ryan, it was such an honor to share in your wedding day with you, getting to see and capture the love you both truly share for one another. Though this wasn’t the wedding that you had originally planned, this perfectly complimented you as a couple. You both are surrounded by so much love from your families! I hope your future is full of love, millions of new memories and those contagious laughs you both have!
