I could not think of a more perfect wedding for two people who love beer and wine. Cali and Dustin planned a teal spring wedding at the Galaxy Restaurant complete with growlers, wine bottles and hops for greenery! It was full of their personalities and so much love.
Walking into Cali’s suite at the neighboring Holiday Inn, I was greeted by her sweet bridesmaids laughing and having so much fun. The air was filled with excitement as Cali was getting the final touches on her hair and prepping for makeup. Between capturing her bridal details and adorable getting ready photos, I was able to sneak to the floor below and catch Dustin putting on his jacket in preparation.
Cali and Dustin chose to share an intimate first look before hopping on the hotel’s party bus and heading to a nearby park for their bridal party photos. This crew really knew how to have a good time and surely had a blast partying it up on the bus.
With no time to spare we wrapped up photos and headed to the Galaxy. Guests took their seats and prepared for the start of the ceremony. Seeing Cali escorted down the aisle by her son brought the sweetest tear to Dustin’s eye. Their ceremony was short and simple. They sealed their vows with a kiss and the excitement was written all over their face as they made their way back up the aisle as husband and wife!
Their reception was located in an adjoining ballroom, where the festivities began. Immediately upon entering, Cali and Dustin shared their first dance as bubbles rained down from the ceiling. It was like nothing I had ever seen before. After dances, they went right into cutting their bundt cake, followed by dinner and one heck of a party.
I am so glad Cali and Dustin opted for sunset photos as husband and wife, because they are my favorite from their entire day. There is just something about the magical moments before the sun drops below the horizon that makes for the dreamiest and most romantic photos.
