A Blush and Navy Summer Wedding | Brittany and Tyler

Blush and Navy Summer Wedding

Whew, I feel like I have waited for Brittany and Tyler’s Blush and Navy Summer Wedding for what feels like FOREVER! I know Brittany and Tyler feel the very same. Their original wedding was scheduled for 2020, but like many couples they had to reschedule. When their day finally came, you could see how much love and joy they were surrounded by from others who were so excited to finally be celebrating with them.

If there was ever an award for a couple’s determination to spend their lives together, its these two. After already rescheduling, their wedding was preceded by a week of some of the heaviest rain Ohio has seen in a very long time. The grounds of Columbia Hills Golf Course was flooded, and the rain poured all morning leading up to their ceremony. But that didn’t stop Brittany and Tyler from having the best wedding day ever. Because, just in time to say “I Do” the rain stopped and eventually the sun came out, giving them the most gorgeous sunset over what I lovingly referred to the flooded grounds as “Lake Butler”.

From start to finish, this was hands down one of the most emotion filled wedding days I have ever had. Watching Tyler cry as Brittany walked down the aisle to seeing Brittany sob when she got to Tyler and saw her brother who is stationed out of state and was told he wouldn’t make it to the wedding, standing in the lineup of groomsmen. I cried right along with them, ya’ll.

Everything about this day was perfect. Despite all that Brittany and Tyler had to overcome to get to their big day, I am sure they wouldn’t change a thing about how wonderfully it all turned out. It was full of love, emotion, personal touches, some awesome Irish dancing and a fun sparkler exit. If you need me, I will be reliving this day over and over, right along with them. I was truly so sad the day after, editing their sneak peeks because I didn’t want it to end. However, I am so happy to watch them start the next chapter of their lives as husband and wife!
